to support healing from the inside out

“Where am I disconnected from myself?”
This first step invites you to slow down, breathe, and simply notice. It’s not about judgment or change — it’s about awareness. You’ll gently explore the voices in your mind, the “parts” of you that keep you safe, and the core beliefs shaping your self-worth.
